OWNER, COSMETIC INJECTOR Hayley Bugbee PA-C is a licensed physician associate and medical cosmetic injector. Hayley has an extensive background in otolaryngology(ear, nose, and throat) and facial plastics. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with an emphasis in pre-medicine. She moved back to Las Vegas and attended Touro University of Nevada, where she received a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. She has advanced training in facial fillers, neurotoxins, lasers and body sculpting.
Her medical background in otolaryngology makes her patients feel reassured she is highly knowledgeable in facial anatomy and medicine, while her aesthetic background allows Hayley to assess the beauty and aesthetic needs of her patients. Hayley loves to travel, hike and spend time with her husband and children. She looks forward to taking care of all of your aesthetic needs.
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Julia was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and she loves to support the local teams (go Knights go)! After high school went to San Diego State University and then attended Vanderbilt University for her Masters of Nursing. Julia is currently finishing her Doctorate degree as well. Julia has trained with many master injectors such as Jublient Julie, Leslie Fletcher, Melody Speed and many others. Some of her favorite procedures are chin, jaw and lip filler. When she is not busy injecting or at school her favorite hobbies include traveling and trying new foods around the world. We are excited for you to meet her!
AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER I’m an Expert Injector and Trainer who loves to educate and teach other healthcare providers the art and science of injecting. I am also a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in acute care, ICU, advanced wound care, and liposuction with fat transfer. My background gives me the advanced assessment skills necessary to tackle tough problems. My artistic side allows me to envision the end goals to teach your aesthetic dreams. I specialize in all areas of facial rejuvenation including all neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. My favorite areas to inject are lips and chins. My favorite food is pizza. My favorite color is black. I have 3 pups and a hubby of 13 years. I also bake pretty amazing cakes.
Medical Aesthetician Diana Washinsky is a highly experienced aesthetician in the Las Vegas area. She has over 25 years of experience in skin care and medical aesthetics. She also has a license in cosmetology. Her extensive education allows her to have a broad range of knowledge when it comes to aesthetics. She has been trained and certified in many different procedures including chemical peels, facials, laser treatments, microneedling, and the Morpheous8. Diana is also extremely knowledgeable about skin care products that are available for purchase at The Look Med. In her free time, Diana loves to golf, hike, and spend time with her family and loved ones. She looks forward to taking care of your aesthetic needs in the future.

I graduated from Faith Lutheran High School and then later went on to college at UNLV to study nursing. I have been with The Look Med Spa since the day it opened and absolutely love being apart of the team. Aesthetics is my passion and I truly enjoy being apart of each patients journey. PATIENT COORDINATOR My name is Camila. I was born in Santa Barbara, California. I resided there for most of of my life and have been living in Las Vegas for almost 10 years. I worked in cosmetic retail for 6 years. During my time there, I became certified in makeup artistry and was then promoted to management. During my time there, I found a passion for all things beauty including aesthetics. I love being part of something where we help people feel better about themselves!
COSMETIC INJECTOR Pamela Cordova was born in Los Angeles, but raised here in Las Vegas. She graduated nursing school with her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing in 2017 from Touro University Nevada. She specializes in dermal filler and anti-wrinkle injectables. Not only does she have a background in aesthetics, but she also has years of experience in post surgical and post anesthesia care. Her expertise for beauty and anti-aging treatments began many years ago when she fell in love with skincare and makeup products. From a young age, she always had a knack for art and creativity. She loves that working in aesthetics allows her to combine her passion for art and medicine.
Her hobbies include DIY-ing projects for her home, traveling, and trying new restaurants. Pamela believes in the importance of patient safety and strives to bring the best care for her patients.
