How Long Does Morpheus8 Treatment Take? 

Morpheus8 can take 30-45 minutes. When you’re ready, a topical anesthetic will be applied to the skin and left to activate. After about 15-20 minutes, the skin will be cleansed and any makeup, dirt, or oil will be removed. The Morpheus8 handpiece will be applied to the treatment area where it will generate tiny channels and emit radiofrequency energy in the deeper layers of the skin. Once complete, your skincare specialist will apply active ingredients to help aid the process of tightening and rejuvenating the skin. Finally, your skincare expert will apply moisturizer and sunscreen to keep the skin protected for the rest of your day. 

Morpheus8 Aftercare

It’s normal to have some redness and sensitivity after your treatment, which can look and feel like sunburn. We recommend the following aftercare steps for Morpheus8:

• Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen daily
• Avoid exercising or sweating for 48 hours
• Avoid active ingredients or harsh skincare products
• Apply a gentle, unscented moisturizer when the skin feels dry
• Avoid hot environments like hot showers, hot tubs, or saunas
• Avoid blood-thinning medications like ibuprofen

You may experience some flaking or peeling within 2-3 days of treatment. You’ll begin to see improvement in your skin’s look and feel within a week, but it can take a few months for your final results to begin emerging. Most patients see significant results with only 1-3 treatment sessions, which is typically enough to address noticeable laxity.
